2013-2016 Strategic Plan
The Board of Directors recently approved ChildServe's new strategic plan for July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2016 as part of a 10-year plan we call Strategy2022. In order to achieve ChildServe’s strategic vision, the strategic plan has identified key strategies and initiatives that focus at growing the capacity of existing programs, developing emerging programs to become self-supporting, understanding new opportunities for growth and change, and growing the operating capacity of ChildServe. Making the necessary investments in all four key operating areas will enable ChildServe to extend the mission to more children and families and improve operating performance.
ChildServe will be a leader in providing great care to children with special health care needs. We will be uniquely positioned in Iowa to improve the health and well-being of children with special health care needs.
