ChildServe to Host "The Scoop on Children's Health" Series
Tuesday, 11 August 2009 13:43

Thanks to a partnership with Veridian Credit Union, ChildServe is excited to host “The Scoop on Children’s Health,” a series of seven educational forums to be held on the first Tuesday of each month during the 2009-2010 school year.

The seven forums will be of interest to parents and caregivers of children with all abilities. Each will feature a presentation by a local physician or expert in the field, followed by time for participants to break into small groups to ask questions and share experiences.

Each forum will be held from 7:00-8:30 P.M. on the first Tuesday of the month, beginning September 1, 2009, at the ChildServe Center in Johnston. All events are open to the public, free of charge, and continuing education credits may be available to educators and health care providers. No registration is required, and ice cream will be served!
